Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
This Site and these General Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the Federal Law of Switzerland. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site and/or these General Conditions will be finally settled pursuant to the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with such Rules. The parties agree, pursuant to Article 30(2)(b) of the Rules of Arbitration, that the Expedited Procedure Rules shall apply irrespective of the amount in dispute. The arbitration shall take place in Geneva (Switzerland). Proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties and may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
